Blog Hype

Okay, so like everyone around me seems to be blogging or talking about someone else's blog. Call me a conformist for jumping on the blog bandwagon, but I figured it was a quick way to let people know what is going on in my life and record my weird rambling thoughts. :) So, I assume everyone has been following the Olympics. I LOVE watching the Olympics, most notably the swimming, gymnastics, diving, and beach volleyball - Way to go Phelps, Nastia, Shawn, and Walsh and May! It has been one exciting Olympics so far, albeit some controversy over judging in gymnastics and the ages of some of those Chinese girls. I would like to believe that the Chinese government doesn't value a gold medal to be more important than the honesty and good name of the country. That said, my Olympic training for me has been to successfully keep Jake from spreading recycables all over my house. I just found a 2-liter bottle under my computer desk. Hmmm... wonder where that came from. What is the point of buying toys anyway? I think Jake wants the gold in recycable dumpster diving. His form is pretty good, don't you agree?
