Katrina's Baptism

There's some things in life that don't need a lot of words because they're so powerful in feelings. Katrina had her baptism this last Sunday and it was such a happy day. She was so anxious and excited that it was hard to keep her still all day. She bore her testimony for the first time in church and she did it all by herself without any help. We were so pleased with her. I had a hard time not crying over everything all day.

All dressed in her pretty white dress. She also got a pretty white bracelet and necklace from Nana to wear for her baptism and she insisted it had to wait until she was baptised before wearing the necklace. LOL. She also got a journal and pillowcase from Nana for her baptism and she got her triple combination scriptures from us -as is tradition; she chose the blue. She also got bubbles, candy, and a CTR block from her Primary teachers. Pretty lucky girl!

Proud moments for Daddy.

In her jumper. Can she get immersed on the first try?
She did!

Family Pictures from the day:

She got baptised with her good friend Elena Miranda.

Baptism are always great when family and/or friends come!

She got her American Girl Doll, Gwen, today in the mail! Yay! Life is good.
